Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using the Mail Warmer Chrome extension (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What Mail Warmer does
Mail Warmer is a free, open-source browser extension that keeps email inboxes active by subscribing the addresses you provide to a curated list of newsletters. It:
- Subscribes — opens newsletter signup pages and fills them in with the email and profile details you choose
- Curates — ships a hand-picked newsletter list that updates automatically in the background
- Warms up — optionally builds a natural-looking cookie profile before signups run
- Records — tracks the result of each signup so you can see what happened
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use only email addresses you own or are authorized to use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not use the Service to harass, spam, or deceive others
- Respect the terms of the newsletters you subscribe to
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Free and open source
Mail Warmer is free to use, with no paid tiers, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. The source code is publicly available on GitHub under its stated open-source license, which governs how you may use, modify, and distribute it.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Newsletter signup pages change often, so signups are not guaranteed to succeed every time. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
6. Changes to the Service
We may update, change, or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Significant changes to these Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
